How it works

Click the token-link in the brand's email. Upload your documents. Done. No password reset emails ever again.
Confidentiality is explicit.
Files you upload are never published publicly without your sign-off. The brand's team reviews them, links them to product records, and only the structured data flows into the public passport — your raw certificate stays in their workspace.
One upload, multiple uses.
If multiple brands you supply use SellSafely, your TCs and SCs structure once and the brand teams pull from the same evidence — no resubmitting per buyer.
What we typically ask for
Documents the brand will name explicitly.
The token-link page lists exactly which documents the brand needs and for which order / article numbers. If anything is unclear, the brand contact can clarify.
- Transaction Certificate (TC)
Per-shipment certified evidence with article/order/SKU references.
- Scope Certificate (SC)
Organizational capability cert (e.g., GOTS-certified facility).
- Test reports
OEKO-TEX, REACH, REACH SVHC, chemical safety reports.
- Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204)
For metals — chemical composition + mechanical properties.
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
Composition structure for the products in question.
- Certificates of origin / invoices
Where applicable — corroborating evidence per shipment.
