Upload your supplier data

Upload a supplier sheet with product metadata and a set of supporting documents — certificates, test reports, or any compliance files. No integrations or special formats required.

We accept common spreadsheet formats and PDFs. Scanned documents work too.

Organize & check

ThreadPass reads your documents, organizes the information by product, and checks what's complete and what's missing.

Each product gets a readiness status. Gaps become clear tasks so your team knows exactly what to fix.

Review & resolve

Work through the task list product by product. When suppliers send updated documents, upload them and ThreadPass updates everything automatically.

You can reprocess uploads safely — nothing gets duplicated or overwritten unexpectedly.

Publish passport + QR

When a product is ready, generate a Digital Product Passport and a QR link you can share, print, or embed.

You approve before anything goes live. Passports are versioned so you always have a record of what changed.
