How SellSafely works
From messy supplier files to a structured product data layer — and ESPR-compliant Digital Product Passports — in four steps.
Upload your supplier data
Upload supplier documents and product metadata for any product category — textiles, steel, batteries, and more. Certificates, test reports, declarations, BOMs, or other compliance files. No integrations or special formats required.
We support common spreadsheet formats and PDFs. Scanned documents work too.
Extract, link, and structure
SellSafely reads your documents, organizes the information into a structured product data layer, links fields to supporting evidence, and checks what is complete, unclear, or missing.
Each product gets a readiness status, so your team can quickly see what needs attention — across any sector.
Review and resolve
Review open tasks product by product. When suppliers send updated documents, upload them and SellSafely updates the product record, re-checks readiness, and keeps a versioned history.
You can reprocess uploads safely — nothing gets duplicated or overwritten unexpectedly.
Publish passport + reuse the data
When a product is ready, SellSafely generates an ESPR-compliant Digital Product Passport and GS1 QR link you can share, print, or embed — and the same structured data is reusable for CSRD reporting, Green Claims, EPR fees, and supplier management.
You approve before anything goes live. Passports are versioned, so you always have a record of what changed.
