Four surfaces. One workflow. From supplier files to publishable passport.
The same Review · Evidence Workbench · Product Dossier · Passport Studio surfaces our pilot brand teams use day-to-day.
Journey A
From supplier files to publishable passport — six steps.
The actual workflow our pilot brand teams run. Each step has a named product surface — Review, Evidence Workbench, Product Dossier, Passport Studio. Hover or tap a step for detail.
- Step 1
Import catalog
Add products via CSV, Shopify, or PIM.
- Step 2
Upload evidence
Drop in supplier certificates, test reports, BOMs, declarations.
- Step 3
Inspect extracted fields
AI extracts; you check confidence + provenance.
- Step 4
Resolve blockers
One decision unblocks all affected products — "12 decisions unblock 8,500 SKUs."
- Step 5
Publish signed snapshot
Versioned, audit-history-preserving release with a UNTP-aligned JSON-LD output.
- Step 6
Open public passport
GS1 Digital Link-addressable URL + QR ready for product labels.
Surfaces
Four named product surfaces.
Decision-centric workflow
Review
The day-three moment. 30 supplier PDFs land overnight; you open Review and see 12 decisions that unblock 8,500 SKUs. Each decision is reasoned, evidence-linked, and reusable across products.
- Group blockers by root cause — not by product
- Apply one decision across all affected products
- Audit history preserved on every decision
- Versioned: see what changed and why

Document → field → claim
Evidence Workbench
Where supplier files become structured data. Deterministic template parsers handle known formats (GOTS TC/SC, OEKO-TEX, MTCs); AI fills gaps. Every extracted field traces back to a page reference in the source document.
- Deterministic-first extraction — LLM is repair, not primary
- Provenance pointer on every field (PDF page + bbox)
- Confidence scores + reviewer queue
- Template-first for: GOTS, OEKO-TEX, EN 10204, supplier declarations

Per-product evidence record
Product Dossier
The compliance team's working view. For every SKU: the evidence backing every claim, the rulepack version that validated it, and the readiness state. Open a dossier, see why a claim is GREEN/AMBER/RED.
- Readiness state with reasoning (not just a dashboard pill)
- Linked evidence across products — change once, propagate
- Allocation context recorded (BOM-weight, unit-weight, manual)
- Material allocation vs material ledger distinction (we do allocation only)

Publish + signed snapshot
Passport Studio
The publication gate. Review the public, partner, authority, and internal views before publishing. Each published passport is a versioned signed snapshot with a GS1 Digital Link-addressable URL and a UNTP-aligned JSON-LD output.
- 4-tier preview before publish
- Versioned snapshots — append-only, never overwritten
- GS1 Digital Link URL + QR ready for product labels
- UNTP-aligned JSON-LD output alongside the human view
