Pilots & Enterprise
Engage on your timeline.
We run scoped pilots for early customers and ship the procurement-readiness controls enterprises actually buy on. No “coming soon.”
Pilot
For 50–500-SKU brands and manufacturers preparing for EU DPP / EPR / supplier evidence workflows.
- Up to ~500 products (SKUs)
- Document upload + AI extraction (certificates, test reports, BOMs, declarations)
- Readiness dashboard — "what's ready, what's missing"
- Decision-centric review queue — resolve once, apply across affected products
- Versioned passport snapshots with audit history
- GS1 Digital Link-addressable passport URL + QR output on publish
- UNTP-aligned JSON-LD export
- Dedicated onboarding support

Cognito or SAML federation; Okta / Entra ID supported.

Sector-specific rule packs (textile, steel, batteries) plus custom evidence rules.
Multi-brand / multi-tenant
Separate workspaces per brand with role-based access (RBAC).
DPA + sub-processors
Standard DPA available on request; sub-processor list maintained on /security.
Support model
Defined SLA, named contact, and quarterly business reviews.

Procurement-readiness
For procurement and IT teams evaluating SellSafely against the standard checklist:
Pricing & pilot questions
- Why no public price tiers?
- Pilots are scoped to product count, supplier complexity, and document volume — flat per-SKU pricing isn't honest until those variables are known. We share indicative ranges in the first 15-minute call.
- What's the engagement model?
- Fixed-scope pilot engagement (typically 6–8 weeks) → if successful, transition to ongoing platform fee + usage. Enterprise quotes are case-by-case.
- Does the pilot get production data into the EU DPP Registry?
- Not at pilot stage — the EU DPP Registry opens July 2026, and we plan registry adapter work post-launch. Pilots produce GS1 Digital Link-addressable, UNTP-aligned JSON-LD passports that you can publish or hold for review.
Not sure which fits?
